Healing Each Affair Lovingly (HEAL) Infidelity Support Groups
We are so glad you found us, and we welcome you (and your partner) to join our free support groups. We help people all over the world find thriving, trust, joy, and love beyond infidelity. Together, we shine a healing light on affairs through sharing, evidence-based strategies, and mutual support.
❤️🩹 Who are we?
We are compassionate people from all over healing and growing after relationship betrayal. We provide support to both the betrayed and wayward partners, and have members who are separating, reconciling, or uncertain. HEAL leads and facilitators volunteer their time to give back for support received in their own post-discovery journey. Our groups welcome everyone, no matter how they identify, and we do not promote any religion or belief system.
❤️🩹 What do we do?
We heal and ultimately thrive beyond infidelity. Our #1 focus is holding free, regular, support group meetings, which we have done for over one thousand members since 2014. Our meeting agreements convey the feeling of being in a meeting. We don't partner bash because it isn't really helpful, and we also have groups for the wayward partners. We even have (optional) joint meetings and couples meetings. We recognize that a communal approach to support benefits everyone. Each group has a dedicated online forum for sharing meeting details, healing resources, and for interacting with other members between meetings. All meetings and forums are conducted in the English language, but let us know if you can help provide support in more languages.
❤️🩹 How do we do it?
Each healing journey is unique, so we do not use a 12-step model or any other formulaic approach. Instead, we apply research from evidence-based domains of healing, mindfulness, relationship practices, wellness, and positive psychology to help every member powerfully.
The magic of a well-run support group lies in the courage, empathy, grace, inspiration, and acceptance felt and shared by everyone there for every other member. When we share compassion, understanding and healing stories and strategies in a judgment-free space, we all benefit from the mutual growth and wisdom.

See these suggested sliding scale amounts based on financial means. Members can also give back or offer service in a variety of other ways.
